New LRC Guides
Welcome to Mayland Community College's new LRC Guide.
Please be patient with us as we transition over to this new format.
Everyone is welcome to access online materials on the workstations in the LRC located on the second floor of the Gwaltney building on our main campus in Spruce Pine.
The LRC’s Fall Semester hours are from 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM Monday – Thursday and 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Fridays.
LRC Mission Statement
The Learning Resources Center (LRC) acts as both an instructional support system and an information network. Services are provided not only to the faculty, staff, and students of Mayland Community College, but also to any resident of Avery, Mitchell, or Yancey counties. Resources include both print and non-print materials, electronic resources, audio-visual equipment, and workshops/orientations.
CCLINC - Mayland's Online Library Catalog

Materials not immediately available may often be obtained from other libraries through Interlibrary Loan (ILL) agreements.
